Queen Anne Kitchen Remodel

You completed our renovation last summer, and we could not be happier with the result. We have been
enjoying our new converted basement living space for over a year now. The finishes are
exactly what we wanted, and everything is just lovely. The way you constructed the window
well and the massive window in the basement bedroom lets in so much light, it does not even
feel like you are in the basement The bathroom is so modern and clean looking. Your subs
all did fantastic jobs with their pieces like plumbing and tiling.
Many of your suggestions made our project more successful and the house more durable,
like leveraging gravity for the plumbing rather than installing a pump. While we didn't think it
was possible, you showed us how it was possible and made it happen. There were numerous
other solutions that you suggested and implemented to issues presented by our old house.
The space is super functional and looks great! You delivered the project on budget, with the
only change being the switch from the pump in the basement. As a project manager by
trade, I find this point very impressive.

Downtown Grocery Store

Mike Cain was our General Contractor from April of 2005 until April of 2006. 

We contracted Mike Cain Construction to remodel a house we had just

purchased.  Thee remodel involved striping a single story house back to the

framework and adding a second story.  When complete, the house was practically

a new house on the old foundation.

We highly recommend Mike Cain.  We feel that the finished product he provided

is top quality and we often get approving comments from visitors. 

Thee re are many positive comments we could make about Mike and his crew. 

Thee y were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and always professional.  Mike's

subcontractors were all top notch and seemed to be scheduled and managed

appropriately.  Mike seemed to always be on the project and on top of all the

details.  Most importantly, the remodel came in on time and within our budgeted

parameters.
